Refund Eligibility

• Product is not delivered or downloadable after successful payment
• Critical reproducible defects that prevent advertised use and cannot be resolved
• Duplicate charges for the same order

Not Eligible for Refund

• Change of mind after download/access
• Lack of technical knowledge or unsupported environment
• Requests outside support scope or custom work

Refund Request Window

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Processing Time
